Eyva — Your Statutory Right to Withdraw

Who this applies to

If you are a consumer living in the EU/EEA, the UK or Türkiye, the law gives you a right to withdraw from a paid Eyva™ plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. This notice explains how to use that right. It does not apply to business purchases. (As of version 1.0 paid plans are not offered in those places; the right applies to any paid plan a consumer living there has bought.)

The legal sources are Directive 2011/83/EU Arts. 9 and 14 for the EU/EEA, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for the UK, and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği) for Türkiye.

How to withdraw

Tell us within the 14 days, in any clear way:

• use the "Withdraw from contract here" button in the app, under Settings → Account & plan (shown while you hold a paid plan). It asks you to confirm once, and the app then shows the date and time our service received your withdrawal — keep that as your acknowledgement; or
• write to support@conserius.com from your account email, for example "I withdraw from my Eyva purchase of" followed by the date of the purchase.

You do not need to give a reason. The model withdrawal form is in the Terms of Service, section 9.

What you get back

A pro-rata refund of the unused part of what you paid: the price minus the value of the plan's cloud allowance you used before withdrawing, as recorded in your account's usage ledger.

The amount is computed by the software from your account's own records, never estimated by hand or by an AI model, and your plan's remaining cloud allowance ends at the same moment the refund is issued. Refunds are paid by Stripe, the merchant of record, to the original payment method within 14 days of the day you told us.

Outside the EU/EEA, the UK and Türkiye

There is no right to withdraw under our terms. Any right the law of the country you live in gives you still applies, and we honour it.
